Funny how OWE could be completely unheard of and included from the very beginning, but black wrestlers have to be big time.

Cody's not going to be putting on 6 star classics when he's in the ring but people cannot deny his success on the business side of things. Dude has a mind for the business and that's undeniable at this point. Might be a different thread topic, but he's arguably in the top 3 of most successful ex-WWE guys and has a claim to the #1 spot.

I agree that they need more brehs on the roster, hell I thought Jay Lethal was a lock. With that said, I'm not as stuck on them having to sign singles wrestler when damn near everyone in AEW has tag partner. Outside of Mox, Jericho, PAC, Cody and maybe Darby everyone else without a partner is either a jobber or barely appears on Dynamite.

So even if they brought in another breh, they'd probably end up in a tag team anyway.

The booking of him in AEW is like he is the flag bearer and its corny

He needs to just be in line like everyone else.

nikkas gave u a butter biscuit and youre satisfied, for as shytty as WWE is with handling black talent and their underlying racism, they at least give black people jobs and that has never been an issue with them, they may not utilize them to their fullest extent but they at least hire them... so it actually says a whole lot when a company as shytty and racist as WWE looks way more diverse and progressive than you do when it comes to hiring black talent especially when youre supposed to be the progressive one, look on NXT and youre liable to see Keith Lee, Lio Rush, Swerve, Velveteen Dream, look on AEW and the most youll see weekly is Scorpio Sky because he has two cacs as partners and maybe on a good week you'll see Private Party if they aren't rotting on Dark

Nobody said anything about making a black world champion off of the rip, im saying hire more black male wrestlers period who are signed as solo entities but yall still stuck on "bbbut private party and 1/3rd of SCU", "bbbut the tag team wrestlers beat Jericho and the Bucks back in October!!!!"... AEW has been around long enough at this point to where they can sign a new white wrestler every other week but it takes time for them to sign more black people
