And yeah EMPD were "big", Gold was their most successful shyt which is about 20 times less than Eminems most successful shyt.

I know on the SSLP he has Rock Bottom and If I Had. Those were my favorite songs of his growing up. I don't know man now I try and play his albums but it just leaves a real bad taste. He has a few songs I know on one of his last albums he had that song "Deja Vu" that I enjoyed but for the most part it's too strange bordering on Horrorcore which I can only take in small doses.

You can like his mixtape shyt, I've never heard a Eminem mixtape. And again it's not about Eminem. It's about the things Eminem is/was. If I love movies and Scorsese was the biggest director out, got all the props from the tastemakers, came highly recommended by my favorite directors and on I would watch his biggest, most highly recommended movie to see what the fuzz was about. Is what I'm saying nothing else.

And what Em being 20 times bigger than EPMD is supposed to mean, is that there is a 20 times bigger chance that you might've heard his full album based on the hype. What the fukk else could it mean?

i was in 7th grade when sslp debuted.... i remeber couple my friends you see that white guy rappin makin.. he makin fun of rap

i was 14 when MMLP dropped i remember pickin that shyt up @ target 1st day..

rememeber skippin 1st period to cop TES @ 9am @ target..

my point is....


the MAJORITY of his fanbase is around my age 25... i was introduced to him when i was 12..

so EM has these DEDICATED LOYAL FANS.. that will buy his shyt because like me they LITERALLY GREW UP ON EMINEM from ...........

Only Em album I purchased was Infinite. Haven't listened to it in 10 yrs.

I copped the single for Anyman and grabbed the 1st Outsiderz LP for him & Pacewon's verses.

His talent and discography don't match up. T/S isnt missing anything by skipping him.

I respect em as a lyricist, but I heard some songs and some singles here and there but his music just isn't for me. I never listened to a complete album of his, probably never will, he is a great rapper tho from the shyt I heard that's it tho I don't like his flow or his subject matter, i just don't wanna hear a full album of his shyt.
