The coli has the funniest nikkas, to sign up on a site like this your hiphop interest had to be enormous. So it's crazy to call yourself a hiphop fan and have not heard an album from one of the biggest rapper of all time who also happens to be one of the best. It's like being a movie head and you've never seen a Scorsese movie or a basketball fan and you've never seen Dwade play.

You get no points for that in my book.

fukk outta here with all that.....people like what they like who are you to say otherwise?......some people just dont like his music and its as simple as that.....the same can be said for alot of other rappers.....

Eminem's voice makes him an acquired taste...I personally can't listen to that voice for too long.

The only time I could fukk with him was back when he came out on some silly shyt...his voice fit perfectly with that steez. Once he and the world took him seriously is when I lost interest. :manny:

Who am I to say this?
Who is anyone to say anything about any rapper on here :beli:

Eminem was the biggest rapper and arguably best (according to a lot of people, even credible people) in the world between 99-02. Now if you claim to love hiphop that much, how the fukk could you not give one of his highly recommended albums 1 chance? The fukk is that. Just like if you love movies, how can't you give Martin Scorsese 1 chance?
You can't hate before you give shyt a chance. nikka doesn't even know his illest tracks, if you haven't listened to his album. Cats can sit on sohh and bullshyt for hours, but they can't take 1 hour to listen to see what the highest selling rapper of all time has got to offer? fukk outta here. Only in hiphop will this type of nonsense not only get a pass but respect

This is not about Eminem, if you haven't heard a Pac album, Jay-z, Nas, Biggie not only the most highly recommended but the biggest rappers I'll shake my damn head. Now if you haven't heard a EPMD album, that's understandable 1. you might be too young 2. they weren't that big.

I doubt that anybody cares about your book or points that you give out. So what some people arent Eminem fans, why does that offend you? I see you throwing "nikkas" around so I'll assume that you will claim to be black. How'd you liked to be judged for being a fan, a defensive one at that? As a fan, how'd you justify those racist tapes?

1. I'm a fan of good music. I've not given 2 fukks about Eminem for about exactly 10 years.

And claim to be black? No I'm from Vietnam, does it even matter?
It's not about being an Eminem fan, it's about claiming to be a deep hiphop fan and not even giving the highest selling MC in the game (who also had great reviews by other rappers, awards, magazines and on) 1 hour to see what all the hype is about.

It has nothing to do with Eminem.

i tried to listen to outkast,i downloaded all of their albums too, but i haven't listened to any of'em all the way thru..i just can't get into them for some reason..same wit lupe.

Street element in hiphop and you haven't heard Lupe, Mos Def, Talib or ATCQ these rappers discuss street shyt all the time .
Specially Mos and Talib and Outkast talk that shyt on their first two albums as well.

you mean you like gangster shyt, illegal shyt..

There is a lot of people on here who hasn't listened to one album from the highest selling rapper, I wonder what else cats haven't listened to, interesting. I'm starting to doubt the hiphop knowledge of cats on here, seems like mad random people with limited interest in hiphop are on these shyts these days. All cats wanna do is talk about their favorite rapper, diss rappers, talk about clowns and certain rappers private lives and twitters. :smh:

If you've never listened to an Eminem album then thats fine.

Problem I have is the people who've never listened yet choose to speak on the man's skill/legacy/etc. as if they know what the fuck they're talking about.

It has everything to do with Eminem, he's the topic of the discussion. You're not black and yes, that matters. It says it all. It's no surprise that you don't get it. Check yourself with that "nikka" stuff though, you don't want to see those vietnamese epithets thrown around.

jesus christ you nikkas in here looking down on others for not listening to artists like eminem or tie etc etc like you lot discuss hip hop on here seriously?

fukk outta here

and really, get thee fukk out of here telling someone they aren't a hip hop head because they haven't heard artist a or b's musics. You ever heard of a thing called personal taste. If someone decided they didn't want to listen to an eminem album because of the singles (when eminem only made them for sales) who can blame them. 90% of his singles are absolute shyt

I'm not gonna put in 90% of 90's southern music just to 'gain knowledge' an look like a real hip hop head cos I know that shyt don't move me. Same thing for the folks in this thread
