That's what it says on the Delta site, but I'm pretty sure that's twin engine commercial hours, and the minimum amount. Those guy who fly for those regional's are the ones applying to Delta.
When I was at the airport the young flight instructors would try to fly in a twin engine plane whenever they would, and they would eventually go to whatever regional airline they could, because building up twin engine time was the most important thing.
