What if I stay under calories?

I had nothing but water today and feel like throwing up.

I'm not a gym expert but if you want to track your calories then use a calorie calculator. I honestly don't track my own calories. So I stay away from unhealthy foods that will not help me stay healthy. It's all water, greens, fruits, lean meat, nuts, whole grain, herb tea, juices and smoothies for me.

You should track what makes you gain weight and maybe cut back on it for a while would be my advice.

You could make that argument for a lot of things. My perspective is that if I’m working out hard and eating well 80% of the time my body responds and my health markers all check out.

I have been using diatomaceous earth in water lately and find it enjoyable. Maybe try that ?
