Without Ye, there's no Drake, Cole, Sean, Gambino, Lupe, Cudi, Chance, John Legend, etc. There's no "Slow Jamz," "Takeover" or Common's 2005 album "Be" so :yeshrug:.

I'm actually ok with not having the majority of that:manny:

irrelevant to the thread. and frankly, I could care less about all those trash rappers. Game's better without em.

and this is a bad thing :what:

:upsetfavre: i know none of yall really think this

I'm saying for better or worse the biggest new school mainstream rappers were all birthed from Ye in some way. I'd rather have that than a bunch of 50 Cent clones running Hip-Hop, which is the direction we were headed in.
We're saying for worse.

I resurrected ur thread for this? This???

:yeshrug:

I have no punches to give because I don't even sense you're serious about conflict.

There aren't any. If College Dropout flopped who would most of the "Coles" and "Sean's" look up to?

Oh my bad. I mis-read a word wrong. I get what you're saying.

Ye's the most influential rapper of the last 10 years. And the last 10 years have been WOAT.

GRODT > any Kanye album to me. Make of that what you will.

OK I'd take Drake, Cole (only on the weekends and not when he talking about losing his virginity), Lupe and I'd be fine with Common's Resurrection, LWFC, and One Day.. The rest

yet it was said :francis:

I don't know how else to tell you. I literally NEVER listen to any of those guys' music. Not once. I can go outside and hear Drake, which is fine. But I never play his music of my own accord. It just doesn't happen.

And the others are so garbage I would probably leave whatever spot was playing their music. Luckily for me, that never happens.

Overproduced and pretentious at the utmost. I could never get with Kanye on the mic but he was the most honest lyrically earlier on which made me give him a pass. The monster that was created from the honest albums is what I genuinely can't stand. Now the honesty is replaced with brashness and entitlement and an ego out of this world. He's a whiny douche that was barely tolerable on the mic before and now that its known he has people writing his shyt he's a farce. Its the anthem album for this broke wrist generation of sensitive fakkits who dont have fathers and throw hissy fits when they dont get their way.
Barely tolerable on the mic? Word? :mjpls:

I've seen many rappers live, and Kanye puts on a better show than most of em. His mic presence and charisma are second to few. This idea that he isn't a great rapper is a joke to me, honestly.
