Speaking on RIKISHI FATU OFF THE TOP, Rikishi expressed his frustration with the way WWE was booking Jey Uso.

"They’re not doing a damn thing with Yeet. My opinion’s why? Why do you not push or give the most popular babyface, in my eyes, be it my son or not, if the Yeet Master or the Yeet man is over, why? How come? What is the problem, not giving this guy some type of title, something, win something? It’d only be good for business, wouldn’t it?" Rikishi said.

The road to WWE SummerSlam came up in the conversation, and Rikishi noted that there did not seem to be a solid plan for Uso. He referred to the teased romance between Uso and Rhea Ripley and again made it clear that he was frustrated that the company didn't have Jey in a more significant spot.

“Is that the best they got? The number one, in my eyes, again, I get hot when I’m talking about this because whether it’s my son or somebody else, this kid worked hard. Not saying everybody else didn’t, but damn it, in this industry, you work hard. They conquered the tag team [division]. What else is there to do? Now he breaks off as Yeet. Right? He does this thing here, and yet it’s not like they’re giving the gas pedal to him. It’s almost like I want to come back with that promo I did a while back. Now I can add, ‘Jey Uso has been held down.’ High Chief Peter Maivia has been held down. Afa and Sika has been held down. Rikishi has been held down. Damn it, I said that interview 25 or so years ago, and now we’ve come up to 2024, and now we got a Bloodline that’s being held down? Come on. Why? Give me a good explanation why. I got hairs on the back of my neck every time I watch and, 'Okay, SummerSlam, where’s Yeet? Ah. I don’t know, let’s write him in like he likes Mami.' Mami? That’s the best that those writers got? Let’s write this guy into a relationship with Mami? What are y’all trying to do? Break his marriage up? Y’all can’t put him in a good storyline, so what you gonna do now? God forbid you guys try to tell her tongue kiss each other on Raw. shyt, that better not happen," Rikishi said.

I’ve only seen one match with him and it was the Wrestlemania one with his brother. That match wasn’t good and he didn’t impress me as a good wrestler, nor his brother.

And I know they been wrestling for awhile too. They both look slow and fat.

Also, weren’t they just apart of a major storyline? And the shyt with Rhea pops up on my Twitter feed all the time. Rikishi should talk with his cousin :mjlol:

OG Bloodline gonna reunite when Roman come back and this nikka will be doing another freestyle bragging about his family getting ready to beat the shyt out of each other.
They will but Jey is honestly bigger than that at this point.

Not often we really see a legendary tag guy break away and get more over as a singles guy:

Scott Steiner
Booker T
Jeff Hardy
Broken Matt
Edge

I stopped watching wrestling back in 2004. The past few years, I’ve rewatched all the shyt from 1996-2004. Now I’m catching up on the shyt I missed by watching all the PPVs after I stopped watching. Currently in 2009 right now. I’ve watched a couple recent Wrestlemanias and recently as of 2019 started following shyt on SM. I have a general idea of the major storylines right now. Mostly Liv, Bloodline and Bron Breaker beating up random people

And if you only really ever seen one match, You might want to see a few more before critiquing breh :dahell:

I’m not criticizing him as a fan that watches every week. I am a very casual follower but casual opinions also matter, especially since WWE is trying to be hot again like back in the day. They gotta appeal to people that don’t watch all the time too. That match was boring between them. They do seem charismatic tho. That Yeet shyt is hot right now.

How is the bloodline being held down?

Is being in storyline with the most featured woman on the roster a bad thing?

I barely watch and can tell he's not a main title guy. Maybe intercontinental or US champ, but those are headed by two cacs that are significant in cac's eyes.

Destined to be squandered in the tag division.
