i bought a cheap one thats not digital. i need to step my game up

Or either it was still moving.
Now they all come out perfect

Cop one for less than $20 on Amazon and its worth every penny. Make sure it has an alarm on it so it can go off when it reaches the desired temp. I think all digital ones do but double check.

Yeah, that's why the cord is so long. The probe is in the meat and the display sits on top of the stove or stick outside the oven door

I'm about to get back on my cheffing. Been spending too much money eating out to what amounts to very mediocre food for the money spent
