You went to culinary school? How long was it and how expensive was it? I'm not looking to make a career change but I wouldn't mind being professionally trained.
You know, it took me 2 years. I'm 29 started school at 26. Finished at 28. Had a job immediately. But the important part is it's one of those things that you go to work everyday because you love it. Not because you have to. If you really are in the D I went to Schoolcraft College over in Livonia. Probably the best school in the state and since it's a Community College it's still affordable. Damn I ain't even you realize you from the crib. I been out in Maryland damn near 15 years now. I do have a local college near me though so I may look into taking some classes if this hurricane don't throw me in the bushes
