Breh this is one of my best kitchen purchases ever.

Pull it out at 130 degrees then tent it with foil till it reaches 140 and

i bought a cheap one thats not digital. i need to step my game up

Now they all come out perfect

Cop one for less than $20 on Amazon and its worth every penny. Make sure it has an alarm on it so it can go off when it reaches the desired temp. I think all digital ones do but double check.

Yeah, that's why the cord is so long. The probe is in the meat and the display sits on top of the stove or stick outside the oven door
