Try it out...we eat it often because it's rather simple to throw together and pretty yummy...normally we put it over brown rice but it stands alone too
Olive oil, Minced garlic, Curry, Minced ginger, 2 Cans Sockeye Salmon (drained), Leeks (maybe just one large one), Cubanelle Peppers ( 1 or 2 depending on the size), 1 Can Black Beans (rinsed), 1 Can Diced or Stewed Tomatoes, & Diced Cilantro

i've eaten it but have never cooked it! i loooooove squash though and always mean to try it....i had some winter squash and spaghetti squash for my fall garden but planted it too late and the frost ate it before it was mature...whammy
so i'll have to cop from the store ...if i make it work i'll post picshere's dinner from last night...but please note that i did't cut the liver from the cows myself, nor did i grow and harvest the veggies....the gravy is "real" tho

Oh yea? I use to use mine ALL the time but I got bored cooking the same 4 meals.... Nothing is better than coming home and smelling dinner thats been slow cooking all day
