Pizza with cauliflower crust, turkey pepperoni and low fat mozzarella

Taste was :lawd: but had to eat it with knife and fork because the crust was too soggy in the middle.

Read the comments afterwards and realized I made it too big. Should've made 2 smaller ones and it would've been okay. I'll definitely try this again.

Not the best picture.

Carnita tacos. I slow cooked the pork in beer and let the fat render. Once all the liquid evaporated and the pork was tender I jacked the heat up and fried the pork in the rendered fat. Dip the edge of tortillasin the fat and cook on a skillet add cabbage cilantro and roasted Chile de arbol salsa.

man I love a well done chile de arbol

there's a spot in South Philly that makes tortillas for restaurants and you can walk in and buy them right out of the oven

they're incredibly soft and seem like 2 pieces with a hollowed center when they're fresh

and they sell a fresh chile de arbol to go along with it which is great
