Made a wrap with left over cassava flat bread, crispy, spicy chicken strips, beets, cottage and feta cheese, roasted plantain and butternut squash, topped with salad and mango chutney
@Skooby this was my lunch/breakfast today, low carb and has held me for 10 hours. It was soo good. It hit all the notes, crispy chicken, soft flat bread, earthy beets, sweet butternut squash and plantain, creamy cottage cheese, tangy feta, refreshing salad, complex sweet mango chutney
ETA: it wasn’t that big either, that’s just an average size dinner plate and I only had the one wrap.
