I smoked it for 3 hours to an internal temp of 140F then pan fried it on both sides till a crust developed.That’s a nice char on that steak. How did you finish it off?
Also hook a breh up with that fry recipe.

What is that a flatbread of some sort?
I’m tryna get my body together to go on vacay. So I’m trying not to eat white carbs so I made Jamaican curry chicken with a cassava flatbread, roasted plantain and salad with roasted butternut squash and beets
