I think it was the butter for the sauce kinda Flora thing
Hmmm weird. Maybe it was spoiled.

I think I could have just used a different brand, maybe some more vinegar and not forget the garlic next time
Maybe it was too much much vinegar, maybe it curdled the butter.
I put in work this weekend.
Friday - chicken kebobs with peppers and onions, served them with pita and hummus and baba ghanoush
Saturday - Tomato Chicken Curry, Aloo Gobi (potatoes and cauliflower) and basmati rice
Suinday - roast pork loin, horseradish mashed potatoes and garlic and chili sauteed rapini

I do not consume alcohol so I won't use whiskey. What substitute would you use?
The whiskey is just for flavor, the alcohol will evaporate during the cooking time. But if you feel that strongly about it, you can just leave it out
