I made a super quick blueberry clafoutis. It's like a custard cake, more custard than cake. We ate it with a spoon.

Haven't used my crock pot in a while and got some boneless skinless chicken thighs in the freezer that I want to use.

Trying to think of a tasty recipe. Any ideas?

Haven't used my crock pot in a while and got some boneless skinless chicken thighs in the freezer that I want to use.

Trying to think of a tasty recipe. Any ideas?

You could do pulled chicken tacos, dice up an onion, a jalapeno and throw them in the crock pot with your chicken thighs and some cumin, salt, pepper and a bit of chicken stock. After a couple of hours you will be able to pull the chicken apart then have it in warm tortillas with whatever toppings you like

Good idea! Got to keep some stock in the fridge. I never buy it.

Here's a good basic recipe that's a go to for me on weeknights or for BBQs

1 cup of black beans soaked and cooked until soft (or a can cleaned)
I diced red bell pepper
1 seeded and diced jalapeno
handful of chopped cilantro
few chopped up garlic cloves
olive oil
lemon juice and zest
salt and pepper

edit: if you really want to play the pimp grill some corn and slice it off the cob add toss it in

Mix that all up in a big bowl. It's a perfect side salad for chicken, salmon, pork chops or a steak. Leftovers are amazing in a quesadilla.

You can also use the blueprint to make any bean salad you want. Chickpeas with tomatoes and cucumbers is also great.

I've been on a diet for almost three weeks now and looking for healthy recipes is the worst.

I can’t fukk with salads bruh so I incorporated green smoothies. Throw in handfuls of veggies, water and fruits to mask the taste and then chug.

Lost some belly fat after drinking 2 everyday and I have more energy.

Funny enough I made a green juice this morning. Water, celery, green apple, ginger, and kale. I went to this health store a couple weeks back and had this beet juice that was amazing :ohlawd:

I’ve learned that what Americans called salad is just leaves. Salads can be a mix of all vegetables.
