So I'm making hot sauce for the first time and working with fermentation. This is a Peach Cherry and Rose hot sauce. Its supposed to take 2 weeks.
I made a unfermented pineapple and cilantro one which is quite nice. So i'm really looking forward to the ferment to see how it comes out
