-Baked/broiled salmon (broiled on high to get skin crispy, skin side is down in pic )
-Fresh blackened then steam asparagus tips and fresh broccoli florets ( wrapped in foil and baked for ~10 minutes with season while cleaning kitchen)
-white rice (I just can’t do the brown rice brehs, always •crunchy•)

:lupe: I don’t think I’ve ever had non crunchy brown rice
How the hell do you cook your brown rice?

I struggled for the longest time cooking brown rice. I found if I cook it like pasta it works. Just use a whole pot of water, boil it until it's done, then strain it through a colander and rinse off the extra starch

Soak it before hand for 30 mins or so. Then cook it for double the amount of time as normal rice, presumably with double the amount of water.
Never thought of soaking the rice before boiling.

What are the different varieties of rice you have made?

If you cook a bunch of rice, just buy a rice cooker. They're pretty cheap and worth it.

They do a great job w every kind of rice (except brown rice imo)
