You NEED MSG! MSG is the ultimate flavour enhancer. It's like background salt, it sits in the back making everything taste more like themselves, while table salt sits in the front allowing you to taste the complete dish. I hope that makes sense.

Also, what rice are you using? Easycook rice or pre fluffed rice doesnt really work, It also has a weird taste. Try Basmati if you're not already.

FUKK POULTRY SHEERS for trimming fat off meat

Get yourself some small fabric scissors, they’re built to last and will legit cut through anything with surgical precision. You can cop a pair for around 5 dollars and they cut through the meat perfectly, especially good for deboning too

I get every sliver of fat and every nerve off my chicken thighs now. Screw all those expensive BS ass kitchen scissors that don’t work. Hitting all the angles perfectly now with these fabric sheers like a surgeon.

Works on steaks too
