I'm trying to bake a cake for my mom's birthday. She has gluten sensitivity. The flour that I usually use doesn't need much modifications, but it's been out of stock since COVID started, and this new brand has me skeptical because there's a noticeable ingredient difference. What works best for you?I have, it needs more moisture than regular flour and cakes turn out super dense. You cannot free hand it, you need specific gluten free recipes. What are u trying to make?

It's fine. Thank you for the suggestion.I haven't used any gluten free flour in a very long time so no suggestions. But google cake recipes with that specific flour so u can know where to compensate. Sorry I'm not much help.
That actually sounds good, I might make Jamaican curry chicken burgers, just found a recipeMy mother was hating when I was cooking the burgers...
She was like what's that smell curry???
I was like... I cooked up turkey maple bacon and fried the burgers afterwards in the same pan... I used regular lowrys for the meat seasoning...
Who uses curry seasoning for burgers... wtf
