never seen grits eaten out of a bowl before. I always liked to spread it out on my plate before i ate it.

I ain’t a down south nikka I don’t like my grits spread n cold prone. Makes sense to keep it together hot in a bowl. Actually when I think on it tasty treat in Nola got the GOAT parsley butter grits I gotta recreate.

Took shyt pics because I was hungry as fukk and ready to eat. But made my mom crab cakes, lobster, coconut shrimp, salad, garlic cheese bread and a lemon blueberry cheesecake for Mother’s Day. Also made the sauces and dressing for everything - sweet chili sauce for the shrimp, chipotle remoulade for the crab, Apple cider vingairette
Damn, you guys are awesome cooks. When I make food, it looks too homemade . Always some minor thing that spoils it lol.
