Took shyt pics because I was hungry as fukk and ready to eat. But made my mom crab cakes, lobster, coconut shrimp, salad, garlic cheese bread and a lemon blueberry cheesecake for Mother’s Day. Also made the sauces and dressing for everything - sweet chili sauce for the shrimp, chipotle remoulade for the crab, Apple cider vingairette

I don't know what looked better. The Lobster, the crab cakes or that granite counter top :ohlawd:

Eff all this liberal BS. My wife gotta be able to throw down in the kitchen:yeshrug:

Not an every day, every meal type thing :whoa:

But on special occasions :myman:

Anyone cook/eat rabbit? I’m torn on trying this, one, I had bunnies when I was a kid :sadcam: but two, I’d like to move to a more vegetarian diet (not a actual vegetarian, but make vegetarian dishes ~70% of my diet) so I’m not sure it even makes sense to introduce new meats to my repertoire

How did y’all used to cook it? Stew? Roasted? What’s the texture? Like chicken? Duck? Beef?

either roasted or in stew.

nowadays, like @Ezra says, I go for it in a risotto, or fricassee

Texture's like dark meat chicken. Really tastes close to chicken sorta, but it's mild

Played around a little bit and experimented, Made a marinade w coconut milk, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and zest, thai chili paste, honey and olive oil. Grilled the shrimp, sauted some vegetables, reduced the marinade down to use as a sauce. Served over brown rice. Turned out really well. Would work great w chicken too

Anyone got a fool-proof method for baked chips? Every time I try they burn or if I try to take them out before burning, I’ll leave them on the sheet to keep cooking but so many remain raw
