@Mr. Negative you inspired dinner tonight. Didn’t have any chicken or oranges, so I switched it up and used lemons and shrimp instead.
Made some PLUMP ass medium shrimp coated in eggs, creole seasoning, Dash herbs seasoning, and two pinches of red pepper. Always interesting to see how different cultures have similar food. Like here, in Ghana we call this fish redred and beans with plantains (can’t really spell the translation)

Im inclined to agree, though I’ve enjoyed Nigerian jollof as well. I wanna try Jollof from Senegal as that’s where it originated fromoh so its west africa in here lol, ghana jollof voted tastiest jollof in the world lol.
