Throw some water or chicken stock in a pot (doesn't have to be a wok)
Throw a tablespoon of corn starch in there, mix it up
equal parts white vinegar, sugar and plain old ketchup out the bottle (I use half a cup each per cup of stock)
Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer. It's gonna be ugly and cloudy, but it clears up the longer you let it cook down
like so.
throw some sesame oil in it. That's all, really. It keeps for about a month.
