this is amazing although im not a medium rare type, too much pink on that for me. looks nice though. :salute:

What do you use to sear after sous vide?

The gradient of that is perfect.

A cast iron skillet and butter, I also have a torch but I barely use it.

For anyone who can't afford expensive cuts of steak. If you blend up a pineapple and marinate the steak in it for an hour, it will make the steak way more tender.
