Made me some fresh tuna salad with hardboiled eggs today, that shyt was popping...:wow:

Just a little something I made.

Took a chicken breast and cut it in half. Dipped it into a beaten egg and then into some crushed fried onions. I messed up on that part cuz I should've used more onions to cover it completely. Threw both pieces in the oven at 400 degrees for about twenty minutes. Got some rotini and threw that on the stove and chopped up a bit of garlic and onions to mix in. Threw some marinara sauce on top followed by some parmesan cheese. The pic is the one I didn't eat so I can take it to work tomorrow.

Hoping to make steak and potatoes tomorrow night. Never done a baked potato so I'm :blessed: and :lupe: but should come out good hopefully.
