Haven't posted here lately but I bought an instant pot a couple month ago and that thing is great. It's an electronic pressure cooker and I love it. Last week I made mashed potatoes, meatloaf and steamed vegetables all in it at once In less than an hour. Ribs and chicken are done in less than an hour. Check out a couple of the FB groups or the instant pot subreddit to see if it's somethig you would like
It's a major time saver. Baked potato in about 15 minutes, roasted garlic in less than 5 minutes. The time to pressure isn't included in the time count but I don't think I've has anything take more than 10 minutes to come to pressure and start cooking.I have 3 slow cookers already but every time I see a video on the Instant Pot I feel like I must get it.
Saw a video the other day were they made hard boiled eggs in 5 minutes using the pressure cooker feature
