There is the Red Copper Pan and the Copper Chef Pan.

Breakfast shenanigans Mini Frittatas. One with roasted butternut squash, wilted spinach, red onion and goats cheese. Second with mash potatoes, mushroom, tomatoes, garlic, thyme and onions all wrapped in bacon. Third with mash potatoes, sharp/mature cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and tomato. I whisked 6 eggs and poured on top. There is something for everybody, this is a great way to turn a lot of nothing into something.

I went here off the strength of your post and this sandwich was not the bomb. Sh1t was nasty as fukk and off putting in person but the service was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the sushi was decent.
