if my parents are struggling like they are right now, help them out with whatever they need, even if it's the full 50.

On the real, I would just bank it (in a high yield money market acct) and live with the solace that I have $50k in my account.....on deck.

Pay off all my debt. That would leave me with around $35,000. Putting the rest of that in savings and chilling.
Save it, then you shouldn't have to worry about any type of emergency account, etc. for down the road.
