I'm on the southside of Atlanta. We're having rolling power outages. It'll go out for bout a minute then come back on. A tree fell in my back yard, but it fell in the woods. Heavy, steady wind and rain fall all day & it'll continue till tomorrow.

Sticks, leaves, roof tiles & other shyt is all over the road. If this is only a tropical storm, I'd hate to get hit with a cat 4 or 5 hurricane.

stay safe breh.

these damn big trees around my house make me sick with nerves during a storm.

The Truth
I'm on southside too

Luckily there are very little trees in my subdivision. There's a huge one in the front but I don't think it will hit any cars or the house. Its big but kinda distant

The one in the back/side is small af and not shyt back there anyway. It could hit my car but I doubt to. Once the wind picks up ill move my shyt.

But there is nothing but trees surroundings the subdivision though. That and Tornadoes are my main concern atm... And wishing my power came back on

Cubans stand by a collapsed building in Havana, on Sept. 9, 2017. Irma's blast through the Cuban coastline weakened the storm to a Category Three, but it is still packing 125 mile-an-hour winds (205 kilometer per hour) and was expected to regain power before hitting the Florida Keys early Sunday, US forecasters said. The Cuban government extended its maximum state of alert to three additional provinces, including Havana, amid fears of flooding in low-lying areas.

Officials on the island of Guadeloupe, where French aid efforts are being coordinated, suspended boat crossings to the hardest-hit territories of St. Martin and St. Barts where 11 people have died. Two days after Hurricane Irma swept over the eastern Caribbean, killing at least 17 people and devastating thousands of homes, some islands braced for a second battering from Hurricane Jose this weekend.

Water fills a street near the Malecon in Havana, on Sept. 10, 2017. Deadly Hurricane Irma battered central Cuba on Saturday, knocking down power lines, uprooting trees and ripping the roofs off homes as it headed towards Florida. Authorities said they had evacuated more than a million people as a precaution, including about 4,000 in the capital.

The pics of Barbuda are terrible quality, but apparently, 90% of the island is destroyed. This hurricane was nothing serious though. Just a little rain.

Tampa
Checking in from TAMPA. First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for jinxing the city by posting about a hurricane never hitting here. To be honest, looking at the "damage" around the city you wouldn't think anything besides a strong thunderstorm came by.

In my area we haven't had power since 9pm last night. One of the newscasters put everything in place this morning. He said "if the most important thing we are seeking is electricity then we are good" After Havery hit Tex. They were still rescuing ppl the next day.
I have NEVER heard wind like that in my life, I just knew the roof was about to come off any moment. But we good

Im certain ppl in other Florida cities are like damn these Tampa nikkas keep getting lucky. That shyt was supposed to hit us being a 3 or 4... Then to be a category 1 all while moving away from the main populated (coastal areas)...We lucked out again.
There HAS to be some voodoo priestess living in this city lol...

Best wishes to all of the coli fam

Mexico saying they will no longer be able to send help for Harvey. They are citing the earthquake and Hurricane Katia as the reason, but it is obviously because Trump never accepted their offer to help and Trump hasn't said anything about their earthquake.
