So I'm hoping that I had a idea and not a idea. I'm trying to prevent any flooding in my garage. We got those vents along the bottom that have a mesh thing on the inside but has holes. It's a few inches off the ground so any high floods and water can seep thru. I didn't have sandbags so I just went out and put packaging tape across each section. May work or may not be strong enough but fukk it. If it minimizes any damage then better. My brother was saying that's dumb. But I'm like this my house, gotta try and do whatever I can to protect it.
