why does it flood like that in US cities.. Im from the caribbean we have hurricanes like every year but it's never as bad as you guys even though y'all don't get direct hits :jbhmm:

Too much non absorbent infrastructure ( ie. Concrete). Im from the islands too, have experienced hurricanes dated back to Gilbert :flabbynsick: and never experienced flooding like what ive seen in southern us

Doesn't seem like a proper application of statistics considering the sizable population difference between a city and an entire state. You're a smarter guy than that breh.

Wait, where do you think the bulk of aids cases come from? City cores. It stands to reason that if both DC and Maryland top the list then so do the cities in their major metros. Take out NO, Baton Rouge, and Jackson because they are really more like towns than cities population wise and DC and Baltimore are 2 and 3.
