Nah in that interview U-God says they are like inlaws. I think they baby moms are related or something. But regardless he says Meth is like a younger bro to him, which is kinda reflected in the series when they first introduce U-God.

New ep was fire, RZA was really a visionary, dude changed the game with that 3D chess shyt he was on. I like how they kept U-God constantly being on his bs in the show, nikka stayed in and out of jail in the early Wu years.
I wonder if thats leading into the famous rumor about why Ghost wore a mask in the mystery of chessboxin(being wanted by the police at the time)
Side note: speaking of Ghost, I finally got around listening to Wizard of Poetry and wow, so dope, I remember when it came out thinking it was gonna be corny but now that im a grown ass man, I feel that album

Cap is in jail. He was the dude that Divine had the Park Hill/Stapleton beef with while inside...but they threw down together during the fight. Cap is also a consultant (Darryl Hill). Of course he's in Protect Ya Neck video IRL, but goes to jail for like a 3-year stint right after.
As for Uey, I really just think he's a grumpy old man and that's always been his personality. He definitely has one of the strongest personalities in the crew...and in my opinion, he's a natural star....even amongst them. He has that aggressive, but charming humor that works. Hell, he got shoutouts from all the NY rappers in the liner notes from jail rep alone. And they were saying he was a grouch before Intell was shot.

I think it helps that he just comes across as likeable lol, friend of mine ran into him years ago and said even with the brief interaction he could sense that he is good at relating to people and it feels genuine
I liked the first season , but I feel like it was mostly to establish the characters which is needed, but this season I really enjoy how it delves more into the dynamics of the group
This episode was 100% pure unadulterated FIRE. RZA was really a visionary and genius for how he masterminded the whole crew’s label deals. Not taking the easy money was the best decision he could’ve made.
