At least on the federal level. That said, there are some states that still have eviction moratoriums in place (for example evictions in NY are paused until September) and other states might do something if it gets bad enough.

Is there going to be a future grace period, is there a dollar threshold where one no longer qualifies, and is there going to be some type of financial assistance to assist to aid certain qualifying people to become current?

People are working. There are way less jobs than 2 years ago. Most of the jobs out there are trash and don’t pay shyt.

And it’s not realistic to expect everyone to learn how to code or he an entrepreneur.
