I don't understand the all or nothing mentality. There were legit reasons for the moratorium at the start of the pandemic because only white collar and essential workers were still working. That leaves a large swathe of people who's income almost immediately stopped. Now I do agree that some type of threshold or amnesty had to be put into place because it would be nearly impossible for someone who's deep in the hole to dig themselves out the further we go.The gov needs to commit to paying everyones rent
