I was reading this article on Biden's plans for coal country, they mention how the ProAct is a necessity to incentive these union coal workers in WV/KY to transition to green energy jobs. Without those protections, most of them are in for a substantial pay cut and will refuse to change their ways.

Are you not following the case? Judge said the defense has a case for an appeal b/c of it. Republicans have pounced on it. There was nothing to gain from her comments, especially when it looks like this is headed to a guilty verdict.
