Jokes aside. They'll eventually make changes on the policy, but there is currently political uncertainty in Cuban government. Once that becomes more clear I'm sure we'll see many of the Trump restrictions eased or lifted with they expectation of concessions from the Cuban government.

There's also likely consternation with regard to the microwave attacks on the US embassy.
