Of course, I don't. I do believe when you're a public figure there's a heightened responsibility to be more tactful with your words. Particularly, when your words can be construed as jury intimidation.
The jurors shouldn't let down their peers.. Their decisions also have consequences and if they, by some miracle, decide what they witnessed wasn't criminal any civil disobedience that comes as a result is, in my opinion, society functioning properly.
With that said, I don't have the an issue with the statement even if you believe it could influence a juror because it's the truth and J prefer our representatives to speak truth to power.
