They are not getting a single Republican vote on that infrastructure bill, let alone ten, no matter how much they water it down. Thinking otherwise is delusional.
Republicans won't want to pay for it with tax increases because low taxes is their biggest talking point, even though they're supposed to be the anti-corporate, working class party.
They also won't want to pay for it with deficit spending because that's their other biggest talking point, even though they ran up the deficit during the Trump Administration.

If it was just infrastructure(roads and bridges etc) it would have been passed already.
Remove the poison pills and fix our roads.

Republicans had years to pass or even propose such a bill and didn’t. They have no interest in passing that sort of bill now on Biden’s watch. They only suggest it because they know Biden will demand more and they can pass nothing while having an excuse.
