Finally, Biden said that he would wait until it wasn't a burden on local authorities in Texas - that's what a normal and responsible president does. Planning presidential visits takes a lot of time, effort, resources and security measures (even more stressful now due to COVID).

Man fukk the parliamentarian's ruling, it's not law and can be overruled. Not delivering on their promises is what will cause Dems to lose big. Biden/Harris also need to let their nuts hang and get Manchin/that Arizona senator on board, unless they want to concede that Manchin and her are more powerful than the president and VP.
