my car uses the cassette deck to play music thru my 3.5mm jack

I have used the cd changer in my whip maybe 5 times in 8 years. on top of that, the bluetooth in my car only works for making phone calls.

$800? How many people are paying full retail for these phones...stop it. And for most people - on the two year upgrade cycle - you're on the brink of needing a new phone regardless, I know my iPhone batteries have turned to shyt at the 2/2.5 yr mark. You don't need a new head unit, especially if you're only getting it to have Bluetooth instead of an aux not to mention the cost for double din units is much higher, then you gotta pay for install as well. All that because your phone manufacturer said so...nah.

shyt, until the 6, samsung's cameras were shytting on Apple something fierce. I remember the days we couldn't copy & paste or forward texts...I'm still jealous droid gang can download albums and open them directly on their phone while I still need to open a laptop for that. I've been with an iPhone since 08, but I will not refuse to acknowledge how limited the Apple ecosystem is. Their specialty is hardware, they absolutely suck at software

This has always been my biggest gripe with apple no matter what droid can instantly utilize multiple music files at whim with apple you gotta use fukking itunes on some bullshyt.

use an official ipod/iphone dock most audis, bmws etc come with them as standard

my car has , dvd, Bluetooth, usb, ipod dock, and a built in audi 1TB hard drive... using an aux is not needed.
