Some of y'all fake bougie nikkas trying way too hard with this fake ass flexing

Nikkas lame for passing the aux cord now?:dahell: Your home never put you up on any new music???

Bluetooth is cool but that shyt can be just as annoying at times. shytty sound, janky ass connections sometimes, etc

Nikkas flexing acting happy to be gaining an inconvenience

IPhone 8 gonna come out without a mic and speaker and nikkas gonna be like

"Man you broke ass non telepathic nikkas need to catch up. I ain't used my voice since 09:win:"

No, people are purposely ignoring it. I gave multiple reasons why....

- It makes way for them to make slimmer devices

- It will help water proof the phone better

Here is the #1 reason....and all the people bytching about being audiophiles and all that....

The limited size of the 3.5mm headphone jack, meaning sound quality suffers as a result of a smaller, less expensive amp and inbuilt digital-to-analogue music converter (DAC). Lightning connector headphones contain their own amp and DAC, putting the manufacturer in charge of the audio quality.

I am going to quote myself so this can't be pushed down/ignored.

The size isn't going to be that much different. And definitely not enough to take the headphone jack away.

And yeah they just want nikkas to buy their shyt.

After my 5s I stop fukking with Apple so it's whatever with me. I'm sorry my nikka I'm not seeing the real benefit of not including it. I could halfway see if they made the battery bigger but that clearly isn't the case.

If you believe the bolded, I got a bridge to sell you :francis:

First, Samsung just showed us a waterproof phone with an aux

Secondly, people who REALLY cared about that loss of fidelity had headphones with amps/purchased amp adapters

Third, Apple doesn't care about giving consumer better audio - this is APPLE. They are notable for being innovators and moving the needle, something they haven't done since the iPad dropped in 2010. This is purely about them leading a charge to be able to take credit for it later on. Nothing wrong with that, but don't buy into - they're doing this for your benefit bullshyt.

So many things droid/Samsung/Nokia has done better for years and Apple never cared to make it available to their users. shyt, until the 6, samsung's cameras were shytting on Apple something fierce. I remember the days we couldn't copy & paste or forward texts...I'm still jealous droid gang can download albums and open them directly on their phone while I still need to open a laptop for that. I've been with an iPhone since 08, but I will not refuse to acknowledge how limited the Apple ecosystem is. Their specialty is hardware, they absolutely suck at software

Edit: like others said, fix the damn battery. Phones aren't just phones anymore, they're pretty much extensions of everything we do, nikkas running around at 50% and it's only lunch time :rudy:

this stays as one of the dumbest reasons y'all keep mentioning.

accessories don't mean shyt to apple like that. y'all need to stop buying in to that crap.

66% of their revenues come from the iPhone. They wouldn't make a decision like this that is so polarizing just to sell a few adapters if they didn't feel it was necessary.

at the end of the day lightning port just like USB-C is way better for audio and a lot more.

AND, they will be giving everyone a free adapter anyway.

1. Who asked for a slimmer phone? The phone is flimsy enough already. Better battery life is a bigger priority.

2. Who asked for waterproofing? Either way there's companies who achieved it without sacrificing the headphone jack. What it seems to me is the phone is due for a redesign more than anything.

3. I bet u believe Bose when they tell u their equipment and audio is top of the line as well huh? Lol. People want that quality. There's headphone amplifiers for that.

LOL @ me having a car fully paid for and working fine and aquiring a new car payment just to get bluetooth and impress nikkas. That's why nikkas financial situations be horrible. Gotta stunt and keep up with the jones'
wait, so it's 2016 and dudes still think they are stuck with the same head unit in their cars?

and dudes are complaining about spending $800+ for a new phone but aren't willing to spend $100 to upgrade their car stereo to something with bluetooth or even usb?

everyone is crying about losing the aux port, but USB input for your car is still the best option for best sound.
