So they did this so Roman can hit 1000 days which is dumb but fine. The problem is he would only hit 1000 days with the UNIVERSAL championship not the one with the Bruno legacy so why is he still holding both? And why is everyone acting like he is close to any record with the belt with the lineage if he isnt? I really dont understand this
What you're seeing right now is a result of WWE's lazy booking.

WWE has done the same old Hogan/Cena booking of having one guy beat the entire competition. They are lucky Samoans have a lot of great wrestlers so this whole Samoan storyline saved their asses cause it draws money, considering how fans were booing Roman as a babyface big time before that.

Only less than a year ago did they finally start developing some of their future stars. Gunther looks like he'll definitely be the main champion in the future. They are doing something with Austin (still far from being the main champion). I guess Bron will be incorporated into Raw/Smackdown roster at some point.

But right now most of the roster does not compare to him, and they are afraid to make Roman drop the belts because they overbooked him so hard they fear whoever (Cody, Jey or whatever) dethrones him will lose fans support pretty fast. Cause they spent so much effort on his storyline, while half assing other wrestlers storylines. And now he's taking vacations again. No show in Puerto Rico, meaning they won't see the main event and instead it's gonna be a reggaeton superstar vs damian priest :mjlol:

I question how well Bron Breaker is going to do on main roster as a main event/top champion type wrestler given how short he is and with lacking in the charisma department. Short and lacking charisma is a tough combination for a WWE main eventer. They might have to pair him with someone like Paul Heyman eventually if his mic skills don't improve.

Yeah Bron is far far from perfect, but unfortunately he's one of the best NXT has to offer for WWE moving forward. He's got great athleticism. Kurt Angle wasn't excellent on the mic at first, but his matches were so great they made him one of the top guys and then his mic skills improved also. If Bron works well on his in-ring performance, it will compensate some of his lack of charisma.

Having multiple world championships never made sense to me. Belt looks decent though

Curious do you watch NXT regularly? They turned Bron heel after the losing the title to Melo. So they are at least trying something new with him. Bringing out that inner Scott Steiner. Hopefully that helps his out of ring stuff.

This is like the franchise belt in boxing when it should be the Ring magazine belt. This should've been the belt the dude who beat Roman should've got. He loses both belts thus merging the Universal back into the WWE. Back to one champion then you do the draft. Thus the need to create a new championship down the line. Then we'd essentially be back to 2002 pre brand split or 2016 before the Universal was created.
