You’re proving the OPs point. Islam is less religion but more of an ethno-nationalist movement. It’s why Muslims treat and correlate critiques of Islam with racism. It’s not a matter of ideological underpinnings but a racial and nationalistic one. It’s why Islam struggles to co-exist with other denominations without conflict unless in a dominate position and Muslims struggle to adapt to western laissez-faire societies. Furthermore, it’s why Baathist Arab nationalism was able to garner such wide support and why hatred of Jewish nationalism is so fierce.
It really was a revelation when I found out the Quran is only supposed to be recited in Arabic and is no longer holy if recited in another language.
Thus why you react irrationally and violently to this thread. You believe it’s an assault on your very being and blood line instead of how a Christian would debate the points raised but ultimately live and let live.
