$405/mo for a 1-bedroom, water and heat included. Was only $390 when I moved in though. :upsetfavre:

But that said, I'll probably move someplace a little bigger when my lease is up.

1100 for a 1BD in a coastal city, kind of run down though. moving in the fall. i used to live with roommates but shyt drives me crazy so i just got my own place. no student debt or car note so the most of my paycheck goes to savings. my dream is to one day move to a cheap COL city like denver, seattle, etc :blessed:

When I had my own place last year, I paid $1000 for:
799sq ft in DUnwoody
$25 pet rent was included
upgraded appliances(got to have that)
W&D in unit
5 min drive from my job back then (perimeter mall)
2 pools

i miss having my own place but no rent/bills is better

Midtown? :lupe:

I pay 644 for a two bedroom in TN. :beli:
midtown is double that.

869 for a 1400sqft 2 bed 2 bath in Georgia.(not atl)

It's just me but I like the space. Both rooms have tall, walk in closets and nice bathrooms.

I wanted a loft but the city is to far, this will do. For now.

One of the main reasons why I have a hard time really considering job prospects out of Georgia. You get so much value for your money.

$750 for a 1br about a half mile from 285. Good deal IMO. I got in on a special deal otherwise it was $850.

Close to the job, 75 and 285, Buckhead and downtown without the stupid ITP cost.

I might upgrade to a 2BR or condo next year. Don't see the point right now.

If you don't mind me asking, what part of town? Southside? Cobb?
