I feel for the ones who pay for so much just for rent, seeing rent of a 1,000 and change for shyt apt in NY made me instantly consider moving down south, I dont know how yall manage seriously

We live in a gated community with a pool, gym, 24/hour security , laundry facilities on every floor, large parking area free for residents & guests, & our condo is a 1 bedroom plus den/office room. Pretty spacious too . Oh & no ghetto chicken heads/ghetto people in sight. Our security guard keeps all of that shyt in check. Lucky for me, I know Spanish so he's never a problem for me & Rob LOL

I'm hoping my job prospects brighten so I can rent a house or relocate to another area...

It's just me but I like the space. Both rooms have tall,walk in closets and nice bathrooms.

I wanted a loft but the city is to far, this will do. For now.

Lol yea. These are considered the luxury apartments and are fairly new.

Gated community with carports, fitness center, sauna, etc.

You could get a 3 bedroom 2 bath apt (with sunroom) for that much in my complex.

I'm never moving up north

$650 with all my bills factored in (water, gas, electric) with 2 parking passes on the lot. You can still find spots out here for $450 with water and gas included, just take care of your electric.

Lexington is a great place to live (for now)...starting to change out here tho
