When I was boxing, 100 easy

Just doing it randomly right now? probably 70. If I worked on it, it wouldn't be hard to get to a 100 again.

I was just good at them for some reason but when it comes to pull ups :dead::deadrose::damn: count me out

I refuse to say other than i struggle with upper body workouts....

I used to as well- but since I've started doing regular hiit (weights and cardio combined)- I am so much stronger overall. My legs and core have showed a little improvement (I used to focus on them the most) but now my upper body is catching up.

To answer though, I am proudly new to not have to do knee pushups anymore :krs: I can do 15 (no knee) straight

I used to do 100 straight...now what i do is get on my floor and bench press two 35 pound dumbbells, then immediately i do 14 wide grip pushups on my perfect chinup bar. Then another 12 reps on my floor immediately followed by 14 close grip pushups. And finally, 12 more reps immediately followed by 12 horizontal gripped pushups. Thats my chest routine right there, i can flex my boobies now. No homo but my chest and nipples look real good :ahh:

I should also mention Im 5'11, between 148 and 150 pounds

CONGRATS!!! I can only master them modified ones...i REALLY struggled with the regular ones. Tell me more about your regimen...
