how long does it take to learn boxing and get good at it? when you started were you ass

when you started were you ass with your posture and coordination? as a kickboxer. am i starting too late as a 23 y/o?

what drills can i do to get ahead the learning curve?

Just put the reps in. I picked up boxing in my late 20s. This is coming from someone that did taekwondo as a kid so you know I had bad habits from it
i gotta get my revenge (humbly) for the innocent me that society killed

ill try to keep by through the established discipline of already doing calisthenics

Put the time in and enjoy the experience. It can be very humbling at the start.

In terms of stance/hand coordinaton, that's something that's best taught by a good coach. Very difficult to identify what you're doing wrong. Find yourself a good gym and grind it out.

If your cardio isn't great I'd say that's something you can work on outside of the gym and if it is great, do more. They're gonna run you ragged breh :pachaha:
