Pro tip: set a metronome to 180 bpm, put your foot down on each beat for 35 mins.

Damn, I forgot about this.

Was running tonight, and opened the metronome app on my phone and set it to 180, putting my foot down on each beat. Incline on 2, speed 7.7, 7:30 mi. Drop the speed down to 5.6 incline the same, still keeping the same cadence, foot down each beat (10 min mi) . Heart rate dropped 15-20 beats :banderas: I forgot how good this training is.

You zone out and focus on the beats, as well as breathing and it just zooms by.

Man it felt good to run.

Took my first run classes on the tread in a while. 5 min warmup and a 10 min HIIT. Felt pretty good and I can start adding that weekly now.

Usually been focused on distance with reasonable time but I may start to focus on trying to just do a mile and keep my mile under 10 minutes and work towards 9.

Yes I know that's :flabbynsick: in the Hood Avenger headquarters that is thecoli.com shìtting on SEAL candidates.

Any of yall bought a treadmill? Starting to look at them but most of the good ones are locked down with a monthly subscription for workout video content.

Yes. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Use craiglist and Facebook marketplace. Some fool will have paid full price for whatever you are looking for, and now are just hanging clothes and stacking boxes on it, have it sitting in the garage or the basement.

If you have your own truck and are willing to haul it out of their house a lot of people will give it away for free. But for the most part you're going to get them 50-75% off. The majority of them still work. Only thing that might seem broken but isn't it just belt/tension adjustment which is done with alan keys. Takes 10 mins. If you do find a good one with a worn or tattered/torn belt, belt are easy to get online and replace.

That was one of my side hustles. Because people will literally give you a $1000 treadmill if you come move it out of their house. So for free and I can sell it...even if I sell it for $200 that's profit. There were too many treadmills for under $100. Not cheap Chinese shyt but Bowflex, and other brand names.

All you need is that speed and incline fukk the tablet and screen shyts.
