I didnāt know they went that high. Peleton incline must equate different because you would be vertical
Yea I had to work up to it.
Started at 1 incline, increased to 8, eventually got to 14 and stayed there for a year. Jumped to 20 then 24 and now 28.
Yea at Blink thereās a treadmill/incline machine called Freemotion that goes up to 30 Incline.I didnāt know they went that high. Peleton incline must equate different because you would be vertical

I been meaning to do Peleton, I assume itās worth the hype?
I was doing 15-20 mins 3.0 speed/15 incline for a while the beginning of this year.
Made it a goal to run a sub 7 minute mile before 2025 and im right at 7 mins the last 3 attempts. Gotta knock it out today.
I start on 10 speed for 0.35/0.40 mile then drop it to 4.0 to rest a bit.
Then crank it back up to 9
Then rest at 4-5
Then back up to 10, etc.
Just finished Goggins book āCanāt Hurt Meā so I been tryna push myself cuz this nikka called me a p*ssy for 14 hours straight
